As with so many people, I have gone up and down with my weight for years. At my highest weight I was 444 lbs. I lost 100 lbs and then went up and down from there. In November of 2017 I discovered the Keto Lifestyle and as of July 15, 2018. I have lost 58lbs. This blog is to help myself stay on-track and to help others along their own personal path to eating healthy.

I hope everyone takes the time to try out the different recipes posted here and let me know what you think. Recipes are ever changing and sometimes the smallest change can make a big difference.
