Keeping Dinner Simple

We all have very busy lives and being on the go seems to be the norm. #ketosimple is what I went for today. After the gym, stopped at the market and picked up a rotisserie chicken. Quickly sauteed some asparagus with a pat of butter, avocado oil and added salt and pepper to taste. Dinner was ready in less that 15 minutes. Just enjoying the #ketolife.
