Who doesn't miss bread when eating a low-carbohydrate or ketogenic diet. This recipe is perfect for those wanting to fill that need. There are so many options. It can be used to make anything as simple as a grilled cheese sandwich or substitute as a toasted bun for hamburger sliders or even spread some garlic butter on it and broil for some delicious garlic bread.

A simple quick recipe that be very versitle.
Keto Almond Flour Bread

2 cups Almond Flour

1/2 cup Psylium Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoon Baking Powder

4 Large Eggs

3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil


Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Combine into one and mix well. Pour into a standard loaf pan sprayed with coconut non-stick spray and bake at 350F for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
